This involves planning and conducting of scheduled audits and shutdowns of a Ropeway and carrying out the various maintenance activities required for increasing the life span of various mechanisms. The spare parts thus consumed are either taken from the client or are manufactured & supplied at extra cost. Various steps involved in Annual Maintenance Contract are as under: -
- Conduct preliminary technical & Safety Audit.
- Suggest corrective actions.
- Conduct Quarterly Technical & safety Audit.
- Supervise Annual Shutdown without material.
- Trouble shooting and repairs on call basis.
- Condition Monitoring.
